HTML for Outlook
An Outlook signature generator builds the HTML block you paste into Microsoft Outlook signature settings — name, role, company, contact links, optional tagline and address, brand accent, and an optional meeting CTA. Muxgen uses table-based markup with inline styles because Outlook clients render modern CSS inconsistently.
Signatures are assembled client-side — no upload to Muxgen servers and no account required.
Three steps to deploy a professional Outlook signature.
Fill name, title, company, email, phone, website, and optional LinkedIn, address, and tagline — sample Morgan Carter data loads by default.
Pick Outlook Blue, Navy, Slate, Emerald, or custom hex; add CTA text + URL; optionally enable 72×72 profile photo with HTTPS URL.
Copy HTML into Outlook signature settings (or Copy plain text as fallback), assign defaults, send a test email.
Every control in the live Outlook signature generator component.
Required display name — HTML defaults to Your Name if empty; plain text uses the same fallback.
Shown on one line joined by · when either is filled (e.g. Senior Account Director · Northline Advisory).
Email becomes accent-colored mailto link. Phone becomes tel: link with display text preserved, digits normalized for href.
Website shows hostname without https:// in link text. LinkedIn shows the label LinkedIn when URL validates.
Address renders as 12px gray line. Tagline sits under title/company in 12px gray.
Inline-block button with accent background, white text, 8×14 padding — only when both fields validate.
Four preset buttons plus monospace hex input — drives left border, email/website/LinkedIn links, and CTA fill.
Checkbox off by default — reveals Image URL field; 72×72 img in left table cell when URL is valid HTTPS.
Live dangerouslySetInnerHTML preview plus read-only 8-row HTML textarea — both update on every field change.
Separate clipboard actions with independent Copied HTML! / Copied text! feedback for two seconds.
How the exported signature is built for Outlook clients.
role=presentation table with inline font-family Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif — Outlook-friendly pattern.
3px solid accent on the text column (padding-left 14px) — with or without photo column.
Email, phone, website, LinkedIn joined with | — each omitted if empty or invalid.
Blocks separated by br plus 4px spacer span for tighter vertical rhythm in Outlook clients.
escapeHtml on user text in spans and attributes — reduces XSS risk in preview and export.
Newline-separated lines; contact fields on one line with | ; CTA as Label: URL when both set.
Google Workspace users should also try the Gmail Signature Generator. HubSpot CRM teams can use the HubSpot Signature Generator for orange-accent templates.
Add QR codes from the Canva QR Code Generator on business cards that match your signature CTA URL.
Aligned with the live Outlook signature generator component.
See the signature render in a bordered panel as you edit — matches exported HTML.
Single table, inline styles, no external CSS — pattern suited to Outlook desktop and web.
Auto-prefix https:// and reject invalid URLs for website, LinkedIn, CTA, and photo.
Outlook Blue default plus navy, slate, emerald, or any valid #RRGGBB value.
72×72 rounded photo with object-fit cover when Show profile photo and URL validate.
Copy HTML for rich signatures and plain text for restrictive clients — client-side only.

Paste HTML from Copy HTML, then verify on desktop, web, and mobile.

Use Copy HTML from Muxgen, paste into the signature editor, confirm links and accent border in preview.
Set defaults for new messages and replies/forwards, then send a test to Gmail and mobile to compare rendering.
Outlook vs Gmail, HTML vs plain text, and related utilities.
Both export table HTML — use the Gmail tool for Google Workspace paste quirks; this page targets Outlook branding (#0078d4 preset).
HubSpot variant uses CRM orange styling; Outlook tool defaults to Microsoft blue accent.
HTML for Outlook signature editor; plain text when a client strips tables or images.
Photo adds a left column and 14px padding — text-only keeps a slimmer single-column table.
Blank CTA label or URL removes the button entirely — no empty placeholder in export.
Quick individual setup — enterprise teams may still distribute .oft or centralized policies afterward.
Terms used in the generator UI.
Block appended to new messages — configured under Mail → Signatures in Outlook desktop or web settings.
Client validator that normalizes URLs to http/https only before they appear in href attributes.
Hex brand color for left border, link text on email/website/LinkedIn, and CTA button background.
Email and phone link schemes used when those fields are non-empty.
Layout pattern using <table> and inline styles because Outlook ignores many modern CSS rules.
Newline-separated copy for clients that do not render HTML tables reliably.
Consistent rendering across Outlook desktop, web, and mobile.
Paste HTML into Outlook, then email yourself on desktop, web, and mobile to verify spacing.

Presets cover common corporate palettes; paste exact brand hex in the custom field when needed.
Use Meta Description Generator for pages linked from your signature website URL.
