What is a WiFi QR code generator?
A WiFi QR code generator encodes your network name, password, and security type into a QR image phones can scan to join automatically. Muxgen builds the standard WIFI:… payload with proper escaping, renders a live preview, and lets you download PNG or SVG files for print and signage.

Yes. Changing any network or design setting rebuilds the payload and refreshes the WiFi QR preview image immediately.
Where is the QR image generated?+
Preview and download use the QuickChart QR API (quickchart.io) with your payload and style parameters in the request URL. Use a guest network if you do not want production credentials in that request.
Can I create a QR for a hidden WiFi network?+
Yes. Check Hidden SSID network to set H:true in the payload so compatible phones can join hidden broadcasts.
Is it safe to print a WiFi QR code?+
Safe when shared intentionally — prefer a guest SSID, avoid posting primary network passwords in public spaces, and rotate credentials if the QR is widely visible.
What does Reset do?+
Restores all fields and design controls to the defaults above and clears Copied! state.
